nomqr lets you build and publish mobile-friendly pages linked from QR codes—menus, profiles, links, headers, and optional feedback blocks. You can update content anytime without reprinting codes, subject to your plan limits.

We may improve, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

Sign-in may be provided through third-party identity providers (e.g. Google). You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices may be shown in regional currencies; applicable taxes may apply.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your billing settings or through the Stripe customer portal.
• Plan limits (such as number of QR pages or blocks per page) apply as stated at purchase or on our site.
• Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our billing policies unless we state otherwise in writing.

You retain ownership of text, images, menus, and other materials you upload or enter (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service (including optional AI translation for visitors on eligible plans).

You represent that you have the rights to use Your Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights. You are solely responsible for what you publish on public QR pages, including pricing, allergens, and regulatory claims.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes;
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy;
• Attempt to bypass security, quotas, or access controls;
• Scrape or overload our systems without permission;
• Resell or white-label the Service except as expressly allowed on your plan.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose risk to the Service or other users.

If you enable feedback blocks on a public page, visitors may submit ratings or comments. You are responsible for how you use that information and for any notices required under local privacy laws.

nomqr, our logo, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our branding except as needed to use the Service. Business plans may remove or customize powered-by branding as described on the pricing page.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT QR SCANS, TRANSLATIONS, OR THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR ALWAYS AVAILABLE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, nomqr AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

You will defend and indemnify nomqr against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be notified by email or in-product notice where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of nomqr, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
